All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products and livestream orders (including DIY beads, craft supplies, and custom packs), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order is placed and confirmed.
Damages and Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you.

Order Cancellations
