  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days after dispatch.
  • Actual delivery times may vary depending on the logistics provider and destination.
  • Tracking information will be updated to your account page once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $45 (subject to promotional page terms).

4. Delivery Restrictions

  • We ship to regions listed at checkout. Some remote areas may not be supported.
  • If a package is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for re-shipping costs. Any related losses will be borne by the customer.

5. Logistics Issues

  • Package marked as delivered but not received: Please contact your local courier outlet first, then reach out to our customer service for further assistance.
  • Lost or damaged package: If a package is lost after confirmed delivery, we are unable to take responsibility. If goods are damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the damaged items.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events such as customs inspections, severe weather, or public health emergencies, but we will do our best to assist you.

6. Customs & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to estimate or control these fees.
